Is that legal to levy these fines without a fair hearing with The Board? That would be the equivalent of convicting someone of a crime without a fair trial or in this case, no trial at all. He got replaced by&amp;nbsp; highly disliked Neda Firouz!!!We've learned that &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://adrianadamsesqsucks.blogspot.com/"&gt;Adrian J Adams ESQ&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;probably convinced the Board to give the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;HOA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; manager an outrageous salary, which is clearly far beyond Los Angeles standards.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why? So she can return favor by allowing him to take tens of thousands of our &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;HOA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; $ by harassing homeowners who ask for &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;records&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;invoices which created&lt;/span&gt; conflicts to escalate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why? After causing conflicts, he is then "defending" them , turning all of this chaos and mess into $$$$ THE BOTTOM LINE: Between Neda, Her Sister and &lt;a href="http://adrianadamsesqsucks.blogspot.com/"&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Adrian Adams Esq&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/a&gt;the Cross Creek Village &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;HOA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; spends about $250,000 per year and counting – In this bad times we cannot &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_11"&gt;afford&lt;/span&gt; that. As a result, he was not reelected. Mr. Kolkey works as a very part-time "professor" at West Los Angeles Community College where he teaches one lecture a week. After the resignation of Ms. Madelein Short, he was voted back "IN"!!! Neda Firouz was asked to obtain competitive bids but failed to do so.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Neda Firouz abruptly quit but left no report regarding the status of the association’s affairs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. It appeared that Ms. Neda Firouz did not deposit certain checks and did not record bills for many weeks if not months.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. After Ms. Neda Firouz left it was discovered that the SBA loan had not been paid for three months.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. In April 2005, Farmers Insurance Company sent Neda Firouz a reimbursement check for $20,512.69. This check was not deposited into the account it was supposed to be deposited into.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Neda Firouz failed to give a homeowner a receipt for a check in the sum of $8,0000.00. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Neda Firouz is NOT the Property &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Manager we need to &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;lead us through these difficult &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;times!! &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Apparently our opinions are not isolated ones.
