Please read a letter written by Adrian Adams ESQ in response to a concerned homeowner's simple request for documents. Is it NOT obvious that his right was "denied" based on the exorbitant redacation costs to discourage his request? Our HOA manager at the time was Neda Firouz who delighted the homeowners with her departure. When a homeowner asked for certain documents, she called the brigand attorney Adrian Adams ESQ who continued to bill the association with these obnoxious letters. NO DECENT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION WOULD EVER HIRE ADRIAN ADAMS ESQ AS THEIR LEGAL COUNSEL!!!
